Refund Policy
At Tensorik Technologies Private Limited, we maintain a strict payment policy for all workshops, programs, courses, and digital learning services offered through our platform.

At Tensorik, we believe in the value our educational content provides. Here is the simplified refund policy:
Final Payments: All payments made for workshops, programs, and courses are final.
No Refunds: No refunds are issued for missed sessions, late joins, or voluntary withdrawals.
Immediate Access: Course purchases are non-refundable since access is provided instantly.
Technical Errors: Verified duplicate payments are the only exception for a refund.
Tensorik Cancellations: If we cancel a session, we'll provide future access or an adjustment.
1. General Policy
All payments made to Tensorik are final. Once a payment is successfully completed for any workshop, program registration, course enrollment, mentorship session, or any other educational offering, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances.
2. Workshop Registrations
Payments made for workshop registrations are non-refundable. This includes cases where:
- The participant is unable to attend
- The participant joins late
- The participant misses part or full session
- Personal scheduling conflicts arise
- Internet or device issues prevent participation
If a workshop is rescheduled by Tensorik, the registration shall remain valid for the revised session.
3. Program Registrations
All payments made for cohort programs, certification tracks, bootcamps, mentorship programs, or structured learning programs are non-refundable once registration is completed. No refund will be issued for:
- Voluntary withdrawal
- Partial participation
- Change of personal decision
- Non-completion of program
4. Course Purchases
All digital course purchases, including recorded courses, downloadable materials, and future self-paced learning products, are non-refundable after payment confirmation. As digital content access is provided immediately after purchase, refunds cannot be processed.
5. Duplicate Transactions
In case of accidental duplicate payment due to technical error, users may contact Tensorik for verification. If verified, only the duplicate amount may be processed for correction.
6. Cancellation by Tensorik
If Tensorik cancels any workshop, program, or course due to internal reasons, Tensorik may provide either:
- Access to a future equivalent session, or
- Adjustment toward another Tensorik offering
The final decision shall remain with Tensorik.
